The 21 day weight loss challenge in Surrey is simply amazing. I'm proof that this works. I lost 23 pounds, almost 10% of my body weight, in 3 weeks! I have been able to maintain my weight with the exercise and meal programs they provided. "They" meaning the wonderful trainers who made the class fun and rewarding. Would highly recommend!!!!

If you need motivation to shed some weight, this is the program for you. Shawna and Chris are terrific, and really know how to create an environment for people to compete with themselves and each other. Every morning there is a circuit-style workout and Wednesdays are additionally nutrition day, and Fridays are weigh-in day. Rather than gliding along aimlessly losing a pound here or there like I've done in the past, they really encouraged me to work hard and stay on plan - which causes rapid weight loss. But because you're eating right and exercising every day, you're doing it healthily. I've been to the challenge twice myself, and loved it. I'd recommend Total Body Conditioning's 21-day challenge to anyone who wants to lose weight but can't seem to get the motivation to do it on their own.
