would highly recommend Fitness NW Athletic Club to my firneds and family. The location is really convenient and there are a ton of great group classes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Richard and his team make you feel right at home!

Before I met Marlon Wilson I spent two frustrating and painful years trying to rehabilitate (I was told never to run again from having multiple surgeries). I have been training with him for over 3 years and with the help of Marlon I have gone on to play professional basketball. He teaches the fundamentals and focuses on your weakness and strengths. I am able to push myself to new heights both mentally and physically. Additionally, I am stronger and fitter now than I was in College. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their physical fitness, or trying to recover from an injury, Marlon Wilson is the best!......Nicole

Being over 50, overweight and really out of shape, the prospect of going to a Gym was overwhelming. The staff were very welcoming and when I asked about a personal trainer, they recommended Tracy Royer. I have been training with Tracy for just about a year now. Tracy has taught me that no matter what size you are you can achieve your fitness goals. Tracy provides excellent instruction, is patient, encouraging and knows exactly how to motivate me. I would encourage those of you who are procrastinating about getting fit to give Fitness NW a call..and definately ask for Tracy Royer as a personal trainer. Brenda A

I would highly recommend the Fitness NW Athletic Club to anyone. It's small enough to be personable, but big enough that you never feel crowded. I have been a member for a year and a half now, and although I originally thought I would stick to the 'safety' of the women's only side of the gym, I now regularly work out on the coed side. My biggest motivator has been my trainer Ally Hill. She has been with me since day one. I have a few injuries to overcome and she has been great working with me to not only rehabilitate my body, but push it to the next level. She works within my limitations, and yet still challenges me every day. I have seen huge improvements in the way my body works and responds. She keeps the exercises fun, different and challenging. She watches my form so that every movement can be maximized. She is always willing to help out anyone with form and function. I highly recommend Ally to anyone looking for a partner in their fitness goals.

I have worked out at Fitness NW for the past 2 years and with my trainer, Brent Henderson for the past year. I am extremely pleased with the facility and with my fitness results. The gym has a friendly, "family" feel to it, thanks to the front office staff, owner (who is always around), and other staff and patrons in general. The equipment is always in excellent working order and is regularly upgraded. The workout and shower areas are bright and kept clean. My trainer is very conscienscious about my personal fitness needs and goals and goes out of his way to meet these. In addition to a truly customized program (which he changes weekly) he also provides me with workout programs for days I don't train or when on holidays. With Brent's coaching and encouragement I lost over 20 lbs in 6 months and achieved my goal of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro this summer (pretty good for a 60+ guy) I say.
