Fitness-on-the-go was a decision I finally made in my early 50's to avoid the classic "injured while skiing" destination most 50+ skiers face. The flexible hours, superb instructors, & disciplined approach allowed me to not only prepare for a two week ski vacation, but actually turn the clock back a decade, enabling me to ski as I did in my late 30's, with controlled aggression & muscles that firmly followed instructions. It was a lifestyle change to add three hours of weightlifting + exercises per week, but a necessary one. Once you cross 40 there are a number of realities about physical exertion that you have to face. Fitness-on-the-go addresses those realities professionally.

This month marks the third month I have been with FOTG and I am very pleased with the results. I have my trainer come to my home 3x a week. Not only working with me but educating me on what we are doing and why we are doing it helps me get through the workout. I was diagnoised with diabetes three months ago and I knew a lifestyle change was in order. I was not one to go to a gym so having them come knock on my door and say let's go has been a god sent. My trainer is always smiling even when he is touching those treadmill buttons increasing my intensity. He always is considerate of my well being and complimentary of my efforts. Three months, 30 lbs gone and the ability to move more freely has only embedded in my mind how valuable this service is and how easy it is to make a new friend who actually cares how you are doing! I love my FOTG team!

Fitness on the Go is Awesome!!! When my trainer knocks on the door, there is no escaping! Thank goodness or I would never take time in my busy schedule to workout. Having a professional dedicated trainer who provides a tailored workout program to suit my individual needs (I have lower back and bad ankles) and motivates me has made all the difference to my health, strength and confidence. The workouts are always different so it keeps things interesting and fun. I highly recommend Fitness on the Go for everyone. So if you want to lose weight and get fit, Fitness on the Go is where you should go!

Working with Fitness on the Go was THE best fitness decision I have ever made. Since someone is coming knocking on your door, you are forced to commit, which is something I needed. The trainers are great - even though they kick your ass - they do it in a pleasant kind on way. I am seeing definite improvements in my balance, strength and body tone and look forward to continued training with continued results. I highly recommend this company and my trainers to everyone!

FOTG gives me the motivation I need to stay on top of my fitness. Since training with them, my physique and fitness level has improved immensely. I look forward to my sessions each week and would recommend them to everyone at any fitness level, my trainer makes it fun!
