5 stars across the board. Korezone and Ciara have been terrific. Done a wonderful job whipping me back into shape, in a great family-like atmosphere. Should've joined them years ago! Knew there would be benefits to getting back into shape, but didn't think I would make so many new friends and have so much fun doing it. Go Korezone Go!

Korezone - a group of SUPER nice people who can also kick your A%% in the gym! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!! I came to Korezone at the beginning of 2009 with a short term goal of getting in shape for a trip and a long term goal of getting over my fear of the gym and making fitness a part of my everyday life. From the first day there I felt like a #1 priority. Each trainer i've had the privilege of working with has listened carefully to what i want to achieve and developed a program specifically for my goals. They make absolutely sure I am confident in using the equipment and how to perform the excersizes so i'm also able to work out on my own. Its now half way through 2011 and I still go to the gym at least 3x a week. THANK YOU KOREZONE and especially CIARA MOYNIHAN!!! :-)

Korezone is a small training gym in Edmonton. The atmosphere made lovely by the caring behaviours of the personnel. The personal trainers are very well educated and credentialed and demonstrate excellent understanding of body and overall development. They all keep up with current knowledge and practices. I began working with my trainer Ciara, at a time when I was experiencing major back pain. At the time, I couldn't even put on a pair of pants without sitting down. I also could not get myself up from a crouching position without using my hands. Doing things like golf was out of the question. Since visiting Ciara, my back functions perfectly and I am so very much stronger. Ciara brought me along gently through her carefully designed programs to strengthen core muscles. I have dropped two sizes in clothing (now a 6) and everything I put on looks so much better on me. Working with Ciara has been such an excellent experience. Don't hesitate - just call Korezone - you won't be disappointed!
