Taking place Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30pm the one hour class will go over golf specific exercises and techniques. This program is designed to help improve your swing, increase flexibility and get you golf fit for the season. One session taking place at UBC with the assistance of a golf pro and five sessions at Momentum Fitness the comprehensive course will teach you how you can take your game to the next level.

I've been training with the various MFit trainers for about 3 years now and I have nothing but rave reviews for all of them! With many different trainers to choose from it's easy to find the 1 or 2 trainers that will motivate and keep you on track. With a nice clean facility and friendly staff Momentum Fitness is the perfect venue to help you reach and exceed all of your goals.

I've been attending the bootcamp classes at Momentum Fitness for a few weeks now. Being a complete computer nerd I haven't worked out much in the past. However I have been going regularly to the bootcamps because they're actually really enjoyable. The exercises vary from day to day so I'm never bored. And they make sure you get a full body workout. It's pretty intense but the trainers are very motivating so I make it through!

I started working with Momentum Fitness during an injury recovery 3+ years ago and have not stopped since. Aside from the obvious motivational factor of knowing someone is waiting for you in the morning, I get out of bed (EARLY!) because I just love going in to this gym. I've worked with 6 or 7 different trainers and every one of them are positive and encouraging. They have awesome social outings as well (Kayaking, Hiking etc.) I recommend Momentum whenever anyone I meet is looking for improved health and fitness in their life.

i've been working out at momentum fitness for a year or two?momentum fitness fits all my requirements for a great place to exercise: 1. its low key 2. the trainers and staff are really well informed, professional and overall great people. every trainer offers their own unique approach to becoming more fit. they also all have a great sense of humour. 3. super friendly atmosphere 4. really clean - bathrooms spa like. 5. the gym as a whole is very supportive of its members, its communtiy and charities. 6. adorable dog on premises.
i have been participating in the boot camps for the last few months and because i am finding that i get so much out of them i am going 3 times weekly well - not always - but more often than not. i recommend momentum when ever i can!!!

A gym is intimidating for someone who has never had any physical/sport confidence. I had never worked out at a gym regularly as I always got hurt or hated the experience. I was referred to Momentum and Lara Penno specifically by a friend. She was a client and loved her experience/service at Momentum.
When I arrived for my fitness test, what the hell do I wear, I knew I would love the place as Teko, the resident dog, greeted me with a wag and a snuffle. That was ten years ago. I have much more confidence, strength and general understanding of what I can do. I feel safe, both emotionally and physically, as I know that they are all so professional and competent to train me and coach me along my journey. The facility is clean, warm and efficient and there is never any drama. Teko is still as friendly as ever and I think of my training as a "must do" rather than a "must avoid"!
