I have been going to Michelle Park's classes for over a year now. I am in probably the best shape of my life and have Michelle to thank for that. Her workouts are varied and always as hard as you want them to be. Not only that, but she's very knowledgable about not only fitness but nutrition as well. She is always positive, encourages you to push yourself and always helps out whenever someone needs it. Michelle keeps me coming back and is an outstanding trainer!

I have been going to SBC for just over a year now. I have never been in better shape and attribute my success to Josh. He is a fantastic trainer and his workouts keep me coming back at 6AM 3 days a week. The workouts are always interesting and hard, they are never the same. Josh has a very positive and fun attitude that make our hour long workouts just fly by. Josh keeps a close eye on everyone's technique to ensure we doing the exercises properly. Also he will give you additional push to when he see's you 'slacking off'. You couldn't ask for a better trainer.

Been going to Survivor boot camp since last July and have to say Josh is a one of a kind instructor. He is hilarious and makes working out at 6 a.m. (yup, 6 a.m.) a lot more fun than I could ever have imagined. I push myself extra hard!
