Survivor Bootcamp Programs - Class Max of 15 New Full-Time Participants
We offer Bootcamp classes in 4 or 6 week blocks, depending on the location.
1 hour a day – 2, 3 or 5 days a week – 4 week block
1 hour a day – 2, 3 or 5 days a week – 6 week block

I joined Survivor Bootcamp in Coquitlam a month ago to get back into shape and have been hooked ever since. Not sure what I was getting into, I found myself pleasantly surprised at how helpful Niki was. After asking me some key questions and setting forth my goals Niki worked me hard to reach those goals by the end of the 4 weeks. The friends I've made have been a great source of encouragement and kept me coming back fore more. The best fitness training I've ever done. Thanks for kicking my butt Niki. You rock!

I joined survivor bootcamp, White Rock last April as an out of shape, saggy over 50 couch potato, terrified that it would kill me. Then I met Pam and the rest is history. I can't thank her enough for the support and encouragement. It took several months to start noticing significant changes but they have happened. I have dropped 23 pounds to date, 5 inches off each thigh and more. I can run for the first time in my life!
